Facebook ARC年龄分级证书问题

表现：

• 所有 Canvas games 无法打开、显示：“xxx is not available due to a pending developer action”

• FB 后台没有待处理项、App Mode：Live、inbox 无相关信息、无相关邮件提醒；

原因：

FB 平台 pending alerts 异常，仅在后台设置中增加了 IARC 证书要求，限期处理但未给任何提示或通知，导致处理逾期；

解决方案：

紧急提交 IARC 证书：

· Go to Meta App Dashboard → Gaming Services → Audience Details.
· Fill in the Developer Contact Email and Developer Country of Origin.
· Create an IARC certificate for your game and save the changes.
